• 1 package of gallon or sandwich Ziploc bags
• 1 hand sanitizer/soap
• 1 pack of glue sticks
• 1 package of baby wipes
• 1 tube disinfectant wipes

• 6 composition notebooks (do not label, please)

Fourth Grade School Supplies List

• 2 packages of 8 1/2" by 11" copy paper (optional, but this one really helps us out!)
• 1 pack of colored card stock
• 1 Individual Pencil Case/Pencil Box
• 4 Composition notebooks
• 4 two pocket folders (different colors – red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple)
• 2 packets of post-its: Your child will be using many post-its throughout the year.
• 2 small packs of pencils or 1 large pack of pencils. Erasable pens are optional.
• 1 box of crayons, or 1 pack of colored pencils, or 1 pack of markers. You can get all three but it is not mandatory.
• 1 Homework planner/Labeled Homework Notebook for Daily Homework Assignments
• 1 pencil case, bag, bin or box (supplies will be individualized and no sharing)
• 1 pack of colored card stock
• 1 Bottle of Hand Sanitizer

Fifth Grade School Supplies List

• 1 Journal (any kind of notebook)

• 1 three or four subject notebook with perforated sheets

• 4-5 Packets of post-its
• 1 Pencil Case large enough to hold supplies.
• 3-4 small packs of pencils or 1 large pack of pencils.
• 1 pencil sharpener
• 1 box of crayons, or 1 pack of colored pencils, or 1 pack of markers. You can get all three, but it is not mandatory.
• 3 boxes of Kleenex tissues
• 3 packs of Hand wipes
• 3 hand sanitizers
• 1 homework planner (Any kind of notebook can be used to copy Homework).
