Fifth Grade School Supplies List

• 1 LARGE, strong, zippered, pencil POUCH (NO plastic boxes)
• 5 #2 pencils (sharpen nightly at home and keep a LARGE supply at home)
• 2 rectangular erasers
• 2 highlighters (two different colors)
• 2 BALLPOINT pens (red and blue)
• 2 medium point black Sharpies
• 1 sketch pad, 9”x12” MAXIMUM (Walmart, Target, Michaels)

• 1 box CHALK pastels, 12 - 24 MAXIMUM (Walmart, Target, Michaels)

• 1 box OIL pastels, 12 - 24 MAXIMUM (Walmart, Target, Michaels)

• 1 one-subject spiral notebook (preferably purple)

Build a starter kit of fifth grade school supplies and add to it as needed before the school year begins.

The fifth grade teachers at Scripps (ellen Browning) Elementary will typically update their school supplies list on a yearly basis, we try to update this list accordingly however we advise you to check with your child's fifth grade teacher and double check with the school, Scripps (ellen Browning) Elementary, to see if there have been any changes to this year's fifth grade supply list.

A couple of things to keep in mind when ordering your fifth grade supplies, comsumable school supplies tend to run out long before the school year ends so take advantage of the back to school offers and stock up on the basic supplies, your child's fifth grade teacher at Scripps (ellen Browning) Elementary will thank you for that, and more importantly, your child's presence is the most important thing, the supplies are fifth to that and your teacher will be more than understanding if you are unable to purchase all of the supplies on the list.
