First Grade School Supplies List

• 2 dozen No. 2 pencils, sharpened-Ticonderoga
• 1 large pink eraser
• 1 box of 24 crayons
• 1 pkg of 8 classic wide tip markers
• 1 set of watercolor paints (Crayola or Prang)
• 2 black fine point Sharpies (no ultra-fine)
• 4 small glue sticks
• 1 Office Depot/Max Primary composition notebooks (no spiral)
• 1 box of tissues for Last name A-M
• 2 packages of baby wipes
• 1 small pencil box to store individual supplies
• 1 Pkg of Colored pencils (package of 12)
• 1 pack of white printer paper
• 1 container of hand sanitizer, Last name N-Z
• 1 pair child size scissors
• 1 highlighter
• 1 pack V Board Dry Erase Markers (no EXPO)

In addition, you can always build a starter kit of first grade school supplies and add to it as needed before the school year begins.

The first grade teachers at Browns Point will typically update their school supplies list on a yearly basis, we try to update this list accordingly however we advise you to check with your child's first grade teacher and double check with the school, Browns Point, to see if there have been any changes to this year's first grade supply list.

A couple of things to keep in mind when ordering your first grade supplies, consumable school supplies tend to run out long before the school year ends so take advantage of the back to school offers and stock up on the basic supplies, your child's first grade teacher at Browns Point will thank you for that, and more importantly, your child's presence is the most important thing, the supplies are second to that and your teacher will be more than understanding if you are unable to purchase all of the supplies on the list.
