• 1 Diplomat Student Planner (supplied by the school)
• 24 #2 pencils-plain, yellow SHARPENED
• 2 boxes of Crayola crayons – 16 or 24 count
• 2 pairs of headphones
• 1 pair of FISKARS scissors (please do not send plastic scissors)
• 2 Marble Composition notebook – Wide Ruled
• 2 folders with pockets – PLAIN, PLASTIC, 3-PRONG –1 Red, and 1 Blue
• 2 packs of 8 count - glue sticks
• 1 plastic supply box (pencil box) for the desk
• 1 Backpack, NO rolling with wheels
• 1 pack of Washable Markers
• 1 Ruler inches and centimeters, wooden or plastic
• 1 pack of pink Erasers
• 2 package of Black Expo Markers
• 1 One-inch binder with a clear sleeve in the front
• 1 clear three holed zipper pouch (for the binder)
• 2 boxes of tissues

In addition, you can always build a starter kit of first grade school supplies and add to it as needed before the school year begins.

The first grade teachers at Diplomat Middle School will typically update their school supplies list on a yearly basis, we try to update this list accordingly however we advise you to check with your child's first grade teacher and double check with the school, Diplomat Middle School, to see if there have been any changes to this year's first grade supply list.

A couple of things to keep in mind when ordering your first grade supplies, consumable school supplies tend to run out long before the school year ends so take advantage of the back to school offers and stock up on the basic supplies, your child's first grade teacher at Diplomat Middle School will thank you for that, and more importantly, your child's presence is the most important thing, the supplies are second to that and your teacher will be more than understanding if you are unable to purchase all of the supplies on the list.
