First Grade School Supplies List

• 1 Pair of headphones labeled with your child's name, in a sealable bag also with your child's name
• 1 Pair of blunt-tipped scissors
• 1 large size glue stick
• 1 Pkg of washable markers
• 1 highlighter
• 1 dry erase marker (and eraser, if possible)
• 1 reusable water bottle (feel free to put your child's name on the above items)

• 1 Box of large sealable bags (gallon size or larger)
• 1 Box of sandwich size resealable bags
• 1 box of tissues
• 1 Pkg of wet wipes (for hands)
• 1 Pkg of cleaning wipes (for cleaning tables, etc.)
• 1 large glue sticks
• 1 Pkg of dry erase markers
• 1 Pkg highlighters
• 1 ream of white copy paper
• 1 pkg of washable markers

In addition, you can always build a starter kit of first grade school supplies and add to it as needed before the school year begins.

The first grade teachers at Perry Elementary will typically update their school supplies list on a yearly basis, we try to update this list accordingly however we advise you to check with your child's first grade teacher and double check with the school, Perry Elementary, to see if there have been any changes to this year's first grade supply list.

A couple of things to keep in mind when ordering your first grade supplies, consumable school supplies tend to run out long before the school year ends so take advantage of the back to school offers and stock up on the basic supplies, your child's first grade teacher at Perry Elementary will thank you for that, and more importantly, your child's presence is the most important thing, the supplies are second to that and your teacher will be more than understanding if you are unable to purchase all of the supplies on the list.
