School Supplies List 2024-2025

Kindergarten School Supplies List

• 1 box of Crayola Crayons – 24 count
• 2 wide ruled composition books (not spiral notebooks as they don’t hold up as well) – 1 black cover, the other can be color of your choice
• 1 pad of 25-50 pages of watercolor paper (please no drawing paper as it does not take watercolor paint well).
• 10 Elmer’s glue sticks
• 1 pack of tissue paper, color of your choice
• 1 box of Kleenex
• 1 canvas or fabric-like resuable Bag to bring to school and home. We do not use backpacks in Kindergarten
• 1 leak proof refillable water bottle. Water fountains cannot be used so kids will have to refill their bottle using the faucet. Please make sure they can open independently.

• Last name ending in A-I Playdough (each child will need their own container and it will need to be replaced throughout the year)
• Last name ending I-R Box of black sharpies**
• Last name ending S-Z Roll of making tape**

First Grade School Supplies List

• 1 Backpack (to fit a 10 x 14 book; Label with first/last name; Please no wheels because cubby spaces are too small)
• 1-2 Boxes of Kleenex
• 1 Two-Pocket Folder (Made of Plastic)
• 3 or more Expo Markers, BLACK ONLY (thin or thick is fine)
• 1-2 fine point black Sharpee
• 1-2 medium point black Sharpee
• 1 pair of children’s scissors (Left-handed for your left-handed child please)
• 1 box of thick twistable colored pencils (18 pack) or regular colored pencils
• 6 or more glue sticks
• 1-2 highlighters (two different colors)
• 1 package of thick or thin Crayola markers
• 1 package of pencils (Ticonderoga brand only please)

Second Grade School Supplies List

• 1 Box of pre-sharpened Ticonderoga pencils
• 1 Package of pencil top erasers
• 1 Package of Crayola crayons (24-count)
• 1 Twin-tip Black Sharpies
• 1 Package of Crayola machine washable markers OR Crayola colored pencils
• 2 Black thick-tip Expo Markers
• 4 Elmer’s Glue sticks
• 1 Pair of 5-inch scissors
• 1 $30.00 (used for subscriptions, computer lab fee, etc.) *Check payable to Hunsberger Elementary School or cash.
• 2 If your LAST name begins with:
• A-I – One box of Kleenex AND one package of diaper wipes
• J-R – One box of Ziploc sandwich sized bags AND one package of Clorox wipes
• S-Z – One box of Ziploc gallon sized bags AND one container of hand sanitizer (with pump)

Third Grade School Supplies List

• 2 black sharpies, one with a fine tip.
• 4 Expo Markers (any color)
• 1 clean sock to use as an eraser
• 1 set of (24 or less) colors – (pencils and markers)
• 2 folders with pockets
• 1 container of Clorox wipes
• 2 4 packs of glue sticks
• 1 ruler
• 1 pencil box
• 1 pair of scissors (preferably Fiskars)
• 1 box of pencils (Ticonderoga preferred)
• 1 1 set of earbuds or headphones

Fourth Grade School Supplies List

• 1 Package of Colored Pencils
• 1 Package of Black Dry Erase Markers
• 4 Glues Sticks
• 2 Packages Ticonderoga Pre-Sharpened Pencils
• 2 Black Sharpies
• 1 Pkg of Colored Markers
• 2 Composition or Spiral Notebooks
• 2 Folders, 2 Pocket Heavy Duty Plastic (1 blue/1 red please)
• 1 Pair of Headphones or Earbuds (not wireless)
• 1-2 Boxes of Kleenex
• $30 Class Fee, made payable to Ted Hunsberger Elementary
