Second Grade School Supplies List

• 1 24 pack of #2 Ticonderoga Pencils (Pencils of this brand last longer and do not break easily)
• 2 hand pencil sharpeners (one that catches the pencil shavings)
• 2 Flair Pens (Black - Pape
r Mate brand)
• 3 Glue Sticks
• 1 Pair of Scissors
• 1 Bottle of Hand Sanitizer
• 3 boxes of tissues
• 8 plain three-prong, two-pocket paper folders (2 red, 2 blue, 2 yellow, 2 purple)
• 3 Erasers (Pink Pearl Brand)
• 2 Reams of copy paper
• 3 packages (200 wipes per pack) of child-safe cleaning/ sanitizing wipes
• 2 Composition books (wide-ruled, no picture space)
• 1-2 stick notes (3x5 inches in assorted colors)
• 2 rolls of Scotch tape
• $10 supply fee for purchasing student-related materials and/or subscription to web-based learning programs

• 24 pack of colored pencils
• 1 box of gallon-sized Ziploc bags
• 1 box of snack-sized Ziploc bags

• 10 pack of Crayola washable markers (classic colors, thin style)
• 1 box of quart-sized Ziploc bags
• 1 box of sandwich-sized Ziploc bags

The second grade teachers at Bryant will typically update their school supplies list on a yearly basis, we try to update this list accordingly however we advise you to check with your child's second grade teacher and double check with the school, Bryant, to see if there have been any changes to this year's second grade supply list.

A couple of things to keep in mind when ordering your second grade supplies, comsumable school supplies tend to run out long before the school year ends so take advantage of the back to school offers and stock up on the basic supplies, your child's second grade teacher at Bryant will thank you for that, and more importantly, your child's presence is the most important thing, the supplies are second to that and your teacher will be more than understanding if you are unable to purchase all of the supplies on the list.
