Second Grade School Supplies List

• 1 Pair of Earbuds or headphones they will fit in their desk.
• 1 Plastic supply box with a snap closing lid to old glue, pencils, crayons and scissors.
• The box needs to be 4 1/2 x 8: to fit into the desk.
• 2 large glue sticks (Crayola or Elmer’s Brand)
• 2 Boxes (dozen) number 2 pencils sharpened with eraser
• 1 large pink pencil eraser
• Crayons – 24 count or less
• 1 pkg. Of washable markers (8 count)
• 1 pkg. of sharpened colored pencils (12count or less)
• 1 pair of sharp pointed scissors (Fiskars)

• 1 highlighter pen (yellow)
• 2 Black dry erase markers
• 1 box of Ziploc brand bags (Sandwich or Gallon size) (boys)
• 1 box of paper towels (girls)
• 1 box of Kleenex
• 1 canister of Antibacterial Wipes
• 1 ream of white copy paper

The second grade teachers at Muir Fundamental will typically update their school supplies list on a yearly basis, we try to update this list accordingly however we advise you to check with your child's second grade teacher and double check with the school, Muir Fundamental, to see if there have been any changes to this year's second grade supply list.

A couple of things to keep in mind when ordering your second grade supplies, comsumable school supplies tend to run out long before the school year ends so take advantage of the back to school offers and stock up on the basic supplies, your child's second grade teacher at Muir Fundamental will thank you for that, and more importantly, your child's presence is the most important thing, the supplies are second to that and your teacher will be more than understanding if you are unable to purchase all of the supplies on the list.
