Second Grade School Supplies List

• 2 regular erasers
• 2 boxes of pencil top erasers
• 2 packages of Ticonderoga pencils, sharpened (no mechanicals)
• 2 tubs of Clorox wipes
• 1 package of 2 regular Sharpie black markers
• 1 box of Crayola markers
• 2 plastic two-pocket folders (one purple and one free choice)
• 1 Crayola watercolor oval paint
• 1 three subject spiral bound notebooks (durable cover)
• 1 black & white composition notebook
• 1 headphone set (will be kept in personal cubby)
• 1 highlighter
• Fiskars is best
• 1 boxes of Kleenex
• 1 box of Crayola crayons
• 1 package of Expo Dry-Erase markers
• 1 zipper pencil pouch
• 1 box sandwich Ziploc bags (girls) 1 box gallon Ziploc bags (boys)
• 1 small flashlight for reading

A couple of things to keep in mind when ordering your second grade supplies, comsumable school supplies tend to run out long before the school year ends so take advantage of the back to school offers and stock up on the basic supplies, your child's second grade teacher at Rollan Melton Elementary School will thank you for that, and more importantly, your child's presence is the most important thing, the supplies are second to that and your teacher will be more than understanding if you are unable to purchase all of the supplies on the list.
